Absolutley. We have never charged for an estimate in over 20 years. We think it's better for you to decide what's best for you without having to pay for it.

We do not charge by the hour, but by the job. After reviewing your project we will provide you with a written quote and a price that will not change for the work we are completing. If you decide not to complete the work there is no estimate fee or trip charge !

Yes you can, although there are certain items that we will not install due to safety features or quality. We can review with you what you have purchased or plan to purchase to help guide you.

We have a one year warranty on all labor and the manufacture's warranty covers the equipment. Our call back rate is extremely low. We completed over 700 jobs in 2009 and had one call back.
