For many home inspection reports, we can read and provide a written quote to you without a visit to the house. Many home inspection reports, relating to the electrical issues, are the same items over and over.

For many of our clients we provide written quotes even if we all know it's only going to be credited out at settlement. We don't mind making the trip for our regular customers.
